Its because youre using a different charger other then the exact black tall charger that was supplied with the duo i had that same exact problem happened to me but as soon as i connected the original charger that was supplied with the wireless charger the problem went away even though i was using a different black samsung charger it wasnt working until i plugged in the original one that. 7 if the devices battery is complete discharged the device may not turn on immediately or show any signs of charging after being placed on the wireless charger.
