Ive been reading some of the instructions for wideband sensor kits they suggest anywhere from 30 to the end of the tailpipe. The wideband bosch sensor i installed lsu42 is mounted just downstream of the collector.

If youre using a heated sensor wideband sensors are heated then you dont need to put it very close to keep it warm and if its too close it could overheat.
